Every pilot focuses on one offer, one buyer segment, and one market. That keeps the measurement honest: we can see what changed and why.

The five signals

  • Buyer questions: a fixed list of purchase-intent questions, checked across engines.
  • Competitor mentions: who gets named, and how often, for each question.
  • Citations: which of your pages, threads, and posts AI answers point to.
  • Referrals: visits from Google, AI assistants, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Enquiries: inbound conversations, and where they came from.

The outcome

The signals are there to explain one result: more qualified buyer conversations. If visibility goes up but conversations don't, we say so and change course.

Day 0 matters most

The single most useful thing we do is record the starting point before publishing anything. Without a baseline, any later number is just a number. With one, you can see exactly what moved and what didn't.
